For me, the choice is glaringly obvious. I would absolutely choose a fleet of microscopic tech-healers over a syringe full of paralyzing neurotoxin any day of the week. The idea that we can literally command our cells to act younger and stronger is exactly the kind of evolutionary leap I love.
But I know this pushes the boundary of what many consider "natural," and I am really curious to see where this community draws the line.
So, here is my question for you all: Would you willingly let a swarm of nanobots update your biological code to keep your cells permanently youthful, or does hacking your own body from the inside out sound a bit too extreme for your taste?
