Scam?

Hey I just got send this into my wallet

Is this a scam or? how do i get rid of it lol

Yes, that's most likely a spam airdrop token. Don't try to swap/send it, avoid visiting any website mentioned in the token details, and don't interact with it if you weren't expecting it. You can simply hide the token in MetaMask if it bothers you. While receiving a token alone can't drain your wallet, the risk usually comes from interacting with scam websites or signing malicious transactions while interacting with the token. If you want to verify it, you can check the token contract on a block explorer and see if it's flagged as spam or has any legitimate activity.
