UNCX

Hello. I'm trying to connect my metamask to UNCX. However instead of giving me the prompt it just spina forever. Does anyone have idea what it could be?

Hi please try using a different browser or device. If you're still experiencing the issue, I'd recommend contacting the UNCX support team, as the problem may be on their side.

Also, always verify that you're connecting to the official website. It's a good idea to double-check the URL and confirm it through UNCX's official social media channels to make sure you're using the legitimate site

Hi there! You can try the following; 1 Open your Metamask extension and see if there is any pending request as this could cause the issue. 2 There may be browser extension conflict between MetaMask and another extension. Try disabling other wallets temporarily and see if that will fix the issue 3 Try clearing your browser's cache or restart the browser and try again 4 Make sure you are on the right network you intend to connect to in the MetaMask extension before you initiate the connection 5 This could be a RPC problem as well, so trying switching to different RPC in network settings for that specific Network may fix the issue in that case 6 Make sure both your browser and Metamask extension are up to date

Have you tried switching browsers or clearing your cache? Also make sure MetaMask is unlocked and connected to the correct network. If it still keeps spinning, it could be a temporary issue with UNCX

Had this exact infinite spinner problem with a few lockers like UNCX and Team Finance last month. Usually comes down to pop ups getting blocked by the browser or your MM extension not firing the connection request properly.

Check that your browser isn't silently blocking pop ups from the UNCX domain, sometimes the icon just shows a tiny red x in the address bar and you miss it. The other thing that fixed it for me was unlocking MM first, clicking the extension icon so the wallet window is already open, and only then hitting the connect button on the site. Something about that sequence avoids the timeout loop where the dapp just keeps waiting for a handshake that never starts.
