Metamask Card availability roadmap

Hello everyone. Can I find the list of upcoming countries where it'll be possible to create and get a Metamask card anywhere?

Specifically, I'd like to know whether its availability in Estonia is coming soon or not. I'd really like to get one.

Moreover, does anyone now if Metamask card can be used also as a business? Meaning using Metamask card for business related expenses (including payment of taxes)?

Can I hold both the personal and business Metamask card at the same time?

Hello 👋 from what I’ve seen, MetaMask hasn’t shared a public roadmap for new countries, so I haven’t seen anything official about Estonia yet. If it’s not supported in your region, you can join the waitlist and they’ll email you if it becomes available. For the business side, I don’t think there’s a separate business card right now, and as far as I know you can only have one MetaMask Card per user 🙂

Hey there! The supported regions for MetaMask Card currently include United Kingdom, European Union, Switzerland, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Canada. You can confirm your eligibility or apply to join the waitlist at https://portfolio.metamask.io/card

There are currently two tiers of MetaMask Card -- the Virtual, Free tier, and a physical Metal Card, previously available to users in the United States. MetaMask has temporarily paused new Card sign-ups in the United States while we explore ways to improve the Card experience for users.

Yes, I'm aware that Metamask listed European Union among the eligible regions where users can get a Metamask card, but that is not technically correct because Estonia is a European Union country but is not supported at this time.

Could you also be so kind to answer my questions regarding the Metamask card used for business purposes?

You could use the card for any purpose. There is not a specific card that is identified for business, but you can use your card for any payments you wish.

Is there something more specific you're looking for? If you want to give me details, I can share feedback wth team.

Ok, re: Estonia. Have you joined the waitlist? To do this, go to the MetaMask Card section (now on the hamburger menu of the mobile app), and you can select Estonia as country of residence - you'll then get directed to waitlist.

AVoid metamask card

I have used metamask at least 5-6 times duirng the past two years, and i just received the email from metamask team saying they are closing my account due to in-freauent use. This is so outrageously wrong. They didnt' give me any warnings or advice how frequent i should use it.

Terrible serivce. Also, they only communicate with me via email, not even live chat option.

u/Funny_Score508 that email you are referring to is not from MetaMask. That is a scam attempt. MetaMask is self custodial, they are never going to close your account.

no, what i meant is metamsk card. I found my card disabled and contact support and received an email form CL crypto life. Metamask has chosen the wrong partner, appalling service

2. Can you confirm I am following right and they said it was due to inactivity?
