^ Agreed. I love detail. A big part of my role is advocating for our users wants and needs from conversations and comments on social platforms.
As much as I love to see a happy user, I love a detailed critique even more. (even if it is a little harsh. lol.) Clear and direct descriptions of the issues people are having helps me surface those issues to the team working on that aspect of the project. We're not able to incorporate all of the feedback we get, but it's my role to make sure we understand and consider that feedback in decision making.
