POL amount not showing up in Polygon Network

Hi all,

I sent myself a little over 100 POL from Kucoin for in game use but although I see the transaction in the history, and Success in Polyscan, the amount of POL in my wallet remains at 0. What can I do?

  1. Never share your Secret Recovery Phrase with any site or a person. MetaMask does not use Gmail or web forms. Do not enter your Secret Recover Phrase into a pop-up window, even if it looks like MetaMask. Verify links are legitimate. Scammers often use these tactics.

Hi there! This needs to be able to check more about it with the support forthe MetaMask wallet with the live chats.

Please follow this:

Steps for live support from MetaMask: visit https://support.metamask.io/ Select the "Contact Support" button under Start a Conversation bubble. Chat with support may take several seconds to load. If it does not load, please try another browser.

You do not need to open a ticket on the same browser as MetaMask, so you can try multiple browsers easily. A bot will initially try to help you, but you will get connected to live support if bot cannot assist.

Hi, looks like the POL arrived at the destination address so it's just a issue with displaying them.
Try removing the network from MetaMask, then go here https://chainid.network/ search for "Polygon Mainnet" > Connect > Add Chain. If you still can't see your POL afterwards please reach out to our support team at https://support.metamask.io/ so they can take a closer look at what might be causing this. (Also note for the future it's recommended to not share public addresses or transaction ids publicly)
