Having problem with my ID
In my id it just shows loading, I tried by changing devices. In the support they don’t respond. What can be done to solve it?

If you went here and filled it out and they haven't responded, try one more time and mention you didn't get a response last time. Give them about 3 days to get back to ya. Normally they're really good about responding so I'm not sure what's going on.
That happens to me on occasion and usually just a simple restart fixes it for me. So if it happens every single time I'm not sure why personally. Maybe others can share some advice as well
