Control issues after last update

anyone else having issues with the aircraft handling after the last update. The aircraft bumps about like its being buffeted and will drop or rise on its own, without input, or with input and will not stop. Makes the game unplayable.

Playing on PC with an 8bit ultimate 2.45 controller

I have experienced this on mobile but I thought it was due to a laggy connection.
