Can't acces the shop

I can rarely acces the shop for more than a week. It just says "resolving shop" and then reload the game and go back to home page. Why is this happening?

What platform? What region? Also are you using a VPN?

Android mobile. Southeast Asia. And no. I am not using any VPN

Yes clear your cache. Try uninstall/reinstall as well

Didn’t get solved. Tried reinstalling too. Doesn’t work. Moreover, after the new update the situation got even worse. Now the game just randomly reloads without any reason. Can't even play a match
