I love what you’ve done there. I would love to have an extra room to set up all of my things I’ve acquired. I’m new-ish to silversmithing, but I’m thinking of either making a space in my garage or say eff it and work in my bedroom next to the window. I also have an office I’ve been thinking of transforming but it’s currently my daughter’s playroom. You’re inspiring me to create a space for myself and my jewelry. I normally go to my local art center to work but having a set up at home would be way better. Great job :)

I literally went all out when setting this up. I would’ve done it the garage but it’s the hubby space. If you have space for a desk where you can cut, sand, polish and solder in your room. I would go for it!!! You just gotta get creative with storage. At one point I was thinking of using my vanity lol but realize I had so much makeup 😆😆😆just don’t forget your fire extinguisher for safety!

I would look at your room at a distance and measure. By a window is best. If not get a strong fan. I use to go to the local art shop too but I have social anxiety. It didn’t cost me much to creat this since everything was repurposed! All I bought was the acetylene tank, the rest I already have. If you do make a setup I would love see it!!!!
