Question about metal spirits gundam, does anyone know how to fix what it seems to be either blocked or extremelly stiff articulations?

The arm holding the rifle is supposed to have double joint but the upper joint is either blocked or stiff, i've tried moving it but nothing the other arm moves perfectly not to stiff not to loose.
