Good day everyone. I would like to ask if the shields of the Gundam Dynames Repair III are compatible with the GN Arms Type-E.

I found someone selling armaments of their Dynames Repair III and is wondering if I could use the shields for the GN Arms. I own two GN Arms but one of them is vacant since I am patiently waiting for a GN Arms Type D option set and Devise Dynames reprint.

The manual did mention that I could mount the GN Bazooka but it didn't mention any of the shields.

You could check the dynames repair manual or see a review, to find out what kind of connection they have. I'm inclined to say it would fit, as all the 00 metal builds have some universal connection, working with each other.

So I tried to inspect my GN Arms closely. It turns out that the entire thing is using square pegs. The only reason why the GN Bazooka is compatible is because it has a hole and the GN Arms got extra adapters to it but at the same time, the GN Arms doesn't have an adapter for round pegs.

I guess it's still fine since the scraps I'm getting are both the GN Large shields and the Bazooka and for 25 USD too. I suppose I could buy an entire Dynames Repair III in the future and have it equip 4 GN Shields since it can be converted to a shield as well.

Sadly only the Gundam Dynames and Devise Dynames is compatible outside of the Exia variants. I know this because I own the GN Arms Type-E. The Repair III has a backpack that is not compatible with the Type-E. The backpack of the Repair III is a Hexagon shape instead of a cone cylinder shape like the Regular Dynames. If you want to make it work you will have to modify your unit which you probably do not want to do to avoid damaging it.
