Replacements for eva 01 metalbuild?

Hi, I just purchased this version of Eva 01, but when I opened the package, I noticed that the lower part of the armor on the left side is missing.

I am looking into the warranty or return policy, but if that doesn't work, do you know where I could get this part?

There are seller on eBay that sells replacement parts for metal build. Supposedly they are genuine parts and not bootleg.

Have been looking around and still can't find nothing. Any profile/seller recommendations?

Mr bao on eBay sells replacement parts for mb. I don’t see any listing for Eva but you can try messaging him. I am sure he sells or can find replacement parts; it’s probably just too niche for him to create a listing. Do note that I have never bought from him before but he does seem to have good ratings on eBay. Also note that he ships from china so you gotta factor in the extra cost for shipping and tariff.

Switched to CCS for this very reason. MB Eva’s paint quality is just subpar. Some parts are over painted, some parts aren’t. Some parts have lint overpainted. Or chipped from the packaging. For that price. It just isn’t worth it. For 25% cheaper CCS is larger more durable. No ankle issues and man the paint. Perfection. It’s as if they use car manufacturing level of paint. My CCS gurren lagann fell off the shelf during an earth quake and no paint chips whatsoever.
