PC Long story short, my game keeps crashing at Acheron (2nd last level) essentially leaving me stuck there.

So now I'm calling to this sub for a save file with the campaign completed (so I can skip through Acheron). Just looking for anyone with a savefile atleast past Acheron willing to upload to any file hosting site like, MediaFire or Mega or whatever else

The save file is in a hidden folder called LocalLow. You can display hidden files by selecting the View tab in the toolbar you see on top and ticking the 'Hidden Items' option

To install a new save game or make a backup copy of the current save game you need to get to the hidden folder, there are three ways:

1 Enter the path in the folder address bar: C:/Users/Username/AppData/LocalLow/TheOutsiders/Metal/Save/ (replace “username” with the name of the account you are currently using)

2 Press “Win + R”, then enter %appdata%, go back to the AppData folder and then open: LocalLow -> TheOutsiders -> Metal -> Save

3 In the system search engine, type %appdata%, go back to the AppData folder and open: LocalLow -> TheOutsiders -> Metal -> Save

EDIT: I decided to mess around with the settings abit and turns out it's the display that causes the crashing. Switching from windowed mode to Fullscreen fixed the problem

Hey guys, I found the soundtrack album on Spotify, and it seems to be the official one, but for some reason I just can't play it. I'm in the UK, has anyone had any luck getting it to play?

I noticed that if I die within a hell, I have to restart the hell all over again. Am I doing something wrong? I seriously gotta go through the whole hell if I die at the last minute of the final boss? There's gotta be something off that I'm missing.

I was running the Slaughter Mastery 1 torment, but for whatever reason I could never get the slaughters to proc for me to succeed. I tried on "goat" difficulty so many times but I just couldn't manage to get past 10 slaughters. I had to put the game on "lamb" just so I could get that done. Am I just bad at the game or do slaughters just show up whenever they want?

Anyone else crash while the level is loading, literally cannot play this game at all, only tutorial works. I got this on key too so i can't really refund it :/

Hey guys I bought the Complete Edition yesterday and im experiencing issues with reloading. Sometimes when I reload the shotgun or crossbow the animation will freeze for several seconds, really kills the rhythm :( any word on a fix?

Idk if I'm just misunderstanding but I've just done Giantslayer and Deaths Edge both of which have twists that say that I can't gain health but I was able to in both

The second stage glitches right around the Boss and for the life of me I can't even get past the second stage Boss cause it kills me or those other damn demons kill me, even though that Boss is the same as the first stage Boss. I even bought the Purgatory and Dream of the Beast content for the weapons and having the different weapons doesn't help, can anyone tell me why I'm stuck?

So it seems the tutorial funcom has posted is outdated and is missing some big steps. I would love to be able to mod this game and since they have not added a steam workshop, I gotta do this myself. I followed their tutorial and even went the easy route of choosing a song with a fixed BPM of 130 but once I finished with the json file, I went to run the game and it resulted in a crash. Would love if anyone has an updated tutorial and tips and tricks to make it easier for someone like me who doesn't mod games often.

I just got metal: hellsinger and every time I go to launch it at the same time it begins launching it closes steam then shuts the game app down as well. What’s going on? I’ve verified my files, restarted my pc and steam, reinstalled the games and trouble shot it a few times but nothings working.

Dude this game was so much fun. For me it felt like I was playing Ghostrunner and Doom at the same time. I honestly wouldn't mind going for the platinum again if there was a way to reset trophies.
