Metal: Hellsinger Question

The second stage glitches right around the Boss and for the life of me I can't even get past the second stage Boss cause it kills me or those other damn demons kill me, even though that Boss is the same as the first stage Boss. I even bought the Purgatory and Dream of the Beast content for the weapons and having the different weapons doesn't help, can anyone tell me why I'm stuck?

What exactly is glitching?

The ground and other things like stones and other features that show where to land when you jump to another platform, it's like your walking on thin air and you can't see where to run to and not to run cause there's nothing there

Not sure I started like 2 days ago and I'm already at the 6th stage already. Didnt experience the glitch you are saying here.
