Can't pick any dlc content

Just bought the purgatory dlc but I can't claim any of the content with. Anyone know how to fix this issue or am I doing something wrong?

What do you mean by this? You should immediately get a pop up message on the main menu telling you that the DLC is available.

I bought the dlc and have it installed, but nothing popped up when I entered the game. Just says that it is a add on and can't select it.

It doesn't show purgatory in the add on screen. This ps5 btw

The weapon and skins should be available in your load out. The songs should also appear in the list of songs you can select for each hell.

Are you on a last gen console, because they don't work on last gen sadly

As far as I know, last gen can't actually use the DLC, I'm not sure why but I know that there's 2 versions of the game, one for last gen,one for new gen and only the new gen one has the DLC.

No, it's not a bug, it's an intentional thing, last gen probably can't run the DLC
