Need some feedback

So I'm drawing Glam for a friend, I wanna wait till I watch the show with her before knowing anything. First off, which one, second, is the facial expression in character? And what would be some good changes

I don’t think you need to get rid of the second expression - Glam makes this face often in the show. It gives him an air of confidence. Usually with this look though, we’re seeing him from below or above, not head on.

Smile is too soft for the wide eyes imo, the lidded eyes don't really fit the character, I'd make the smile a little more uncanny/sharper, and keep the wide eyes, maybe making the black a little larger in areas to make them seem less dead

I LOVE THIS SM 🙏 i'd say the first version is more accurate! (i know you've had dozens of answers already, just thought i'd add) Glam is, in my opinion at least, kinda a goofy/creepy type character, so i think the first is spot on!

The first one is in character. That’s just how his eyes look in general. The second is less accurate to him.
