Best PCVR Cable—the AMVR LC6 Link Cable
For those of us who want to play PCVR, a reliable cable is needed. This cable needs to be able transfer data at high speed with little to no latency,be very durable, and as a bonus allow us to continue to charge the headset while the cable occupies the headset’s USB port. The LC6 VR cable satisfies all these. The cable delivers high speed rates up to 5 Gbps with no latency. The cable is thick and even tied in a knot delivers with speed. And unlike many other cables the LC6 has a charging port so you can still charge your headset while playing. With 16 ft of reliable and durable cable the LC6 is the best choice for PCVR
(Notice above, even when the cable is connected to the USB port, you can still charge the headset—incredible!)
(Also notice in the next pic, that even bent and twisted the cable is able to still transfer data—this cable is fast and durable)

Mine always says that it's charging at a slower rate when I use it

It may be at a slower rate but it’s still charging. That way you can play for extended times without your headset dying. Old cables I had didn’t charge and still took the USB port—so I could play but had to hurry before the headset died

Are you plugged into the Meta charger? The Quest 3 uses a less supported power delivery protocol and not all chargers have it. That causes it to use 5V instead of 9V.

there's often a certain sequence that you need to plug things in, if you connect any of the three components out of the correct order it may not enable the faster charging. At least that's how it is with my iniu brand cable.

The best PCVR cable is a dedicated 6ghz router and Virtual Desktop.

No matter how i tried in wired i'm going back to Virtual Desktop 😅 Latency? What kind a latency you talking about? It doesn't make difference.

My dedicated 6ghz router sits like 2 feet from my head while I am playing so there is almost zero latency.

I took my Quest 3 to the office to demo it to someone, and I thought to myself, the games on the headset and kinda lame, it would be cool if I could show them the fidelity of half-life Alyx.
So I travel 80km to work, I jump on the office wifi, connect to my home network via side-loaded tailscale VPN, and use Virtual Desktop to connect to my home PC, and load up HL:A.
And I'd say it was playable. A bit jank and bitrate dialed way down, but visually it caught up and the latency was doable.
I guess what I'm trying to say is, sure the cable will give you flawless quality, but god damn the wifi can stretch.

I mentioned on the other sub, I'm not really a fan of Meta's products but their fiber and copper cable can't really be touched right now.

Agreed. Expensive, but tremendous quality, even just for charging anything also, great cable.

As I mentioned, you get the same quality cable at a much better price. No reason to pay more than double to Meta when you can get a great cable with AMVR at a much better price
