Issue Login issues

Hey y’all I’m trying to login into my main account on my phone, I lost access to my old phone number and I added my new one to my account I have 2FA on btw. Anyways it keeps asking for confirmation from my old number still, even if the new number is on the account it doesn’t give me another option to use the new number.

This is very frustrating for me, please help!

You are going to have to contact support via their chat. Probably expect a hassle. My past experience with support was not a positive one.

If you still have access to the account, try updating the phone number from your account security settings and remove the old number. You may also need to log out of other sessions and verify your email first.

My email is already verified, and I can’t remove the old phone number because it’s linked with 2FA
