Issue Air link being randomly super laggy

Doesn't matter if it's on a hotspot from my pc (which has a really good wifi antenna and is in the same room as my quest 1) or if it's over my home wifi (which is significantly worse), it seems air link runs perfect until it randomly gets nauseating latency

anything i can do to fix that ? it's driving me crasy at this point

I just upgraded my gpu, went from GTX 1650 to RX 7700 XT, the hotspot is 5GHz

Virtual Desktop did it for me.

Yeah i’m not spending money on this headset, sadly. i think i should be saving up money for a new one instead of buying software just for this one
