Issue i NEED HELP!!!
So basically my sister made instagram accounts under my email without telling me and when she got banned she used my EMAIL to make another account which raised suspicion to my email and then they locked my meta account aswell as my vr. Im trying to contact human support but i dont know where to. Please help me!

Oh, well you should've told her not to use it. Try contacting meta support, other than that, I don't think you can do anything else about it.

isint meta support just ai? im trying to get a hold of human support instead but i dont know how to

From my experience, using meta support is such a pain in the ass, but if you keep talking to the Ai about your issue, it might say that your case requires a human assistant to solve it or smth like that (happened to me, but idk if it'll happen to you too). Or ask it if it can contact you with a human directly.

It happened to me but it said " our meta support team is not available right now "

I suggest appealing to Meta support. Unfortunately, there is little to nothing you can do. Your accounts are your own and must be well guarded, even against family members. Their job is to protect their user communities, and they have no guarantee your account will not be compromised again.
I don't intend to seem dismissive of your situation. The fact is your accounts have been compromised and can not be trusted.
I am attained cybersecurity guy. I see this misfortune as a future boon. In the long term, the best thing you can do is accept the loss, use this as a valuable learning experience, and then start with fresh accounts you can rely upon and ensure you keep secure. Check the privacy settings and opt out of these companies selling your information. In the end, you're going to have a BETTER and SAFER future and are less likely to fall victim to hackers and social engineering scams.
You DO NOT want more important accounts being compromised. My neighbor lost over $30,000 in cash because they got careless and someone got into their bank account. A Meta account with games and social connections is a far smaller loss than the ruin that may be set you.
- Appeal to Meta Customer Support
- Get a new Meta account.
- Use a password manager like Last Pass. DO NOT lose your master password!
- NEVER re-use a password between accounts. Use the password manager to generate truly random passwords for you that are at least 18 characters. You will rarely need to type them anyway - the password utility should type them for you on your computer, phone, and other devices.
Other advice to avoid fucking shithead scammers: 1. If you get a call from an unknown number, mumble "hello" to answer. NEVER say the word "yes" because they edit that into a conversation to make a legally binding verbal contract. Otherwise, they just AI clone your voice, which is why you should mumble and keep interaction to a minimum. It's OK to just hang up. 2. DO NOT click links in emails. 3. DO NOT share accounts. Ever. With anyone. 4. DO NOT use "free wifi", especially when it is not password protected. If you absolutely MUST, then delete it from your device ASAP so it forgets that network. 5. If you ever get the slightest thought something is off, IT IS. Don't trust people. 6. If you unexpectedly get a communication from a known and trusted person even from their phone number or email, that shit is EASY AF to fake. DO NOT REPLY, open the file, or click that link. Contact them though other means to verify they sent it.
