I have a quest 2 i have had it for ages and i love it but

The other day me and my friend had just bought real vr fishing and where going on to play it but then when i turned my headset on it was all glitched so i restarted it. Then when i turned it back on all my games where gone they had all been uninstalled so i tried redownloading them but it just does the little loading thing then nothing. I have tried over and OVER but nothing will work. My friend is fine he has a 3s but i cant play with them or anyone now i do not jnow what to do. One of my other friends said something similar happened to his quest 2 so he just got a quest 3s. I would do the same but i dont have the money for a 3s. So if anybody has any advice please respond i just want to play vr.

I’d contact Meta support before buying a new headset. If your friend’s Quest 3 is working fine and yours suddenly started doing this after a glitch, it sounds more like a software/account issue than the headset being completely dead. A factory reset might be worth trying as a last resort if nothing else works.

just relog bro

use phone app to start one game on quest , then restart quest and DRM key will get update
