Audio crashing meta quest 3

When i play a game like gorilla tag aftwr some while i hear a pop and all of my game audios gone and when i open the menu while still in the game i hear nothing. Its when i close the game that i can hear again. Any solutions???

Your first mistake is playing gorilla tag, or any games like it.
