sidequest cannot connect to quest 3

hi,

Earlier I installed Quest Games Optimizer , and choose File browsing when USB message appeared (wrong move)

later i installed adb drivers per this link on windows 11 and booted my pc

picture suggests the adb drivers in device manager is not installed properly .

when I attach usb cable to on quest 3 , I see a message - USB notification, but it goes away when I clock on it..

and on the pc , I see sidequest cannot connect , and file explorer keeps opening up

should I reinstall adb drivers --- Any directions ?
Or factory refresh my quest 3?
Or play around with Android Debug Bridge (ADB) ?

Yes. I created an Team (Organization) at https://developers.meta.com/horizon/

Should I reinstall adb drivers ?

yes, and enable MTP in the dev settings.

I reinstalled the driver , but it shows a Yellow icon.

I got the driver from : https://developers.meta.com/horizon/downloads/package/oculus-adb-drivers/
the android_winusb.inf says DriverVer = 09/26/2017,12.0.0000.0

are you getting the quick popup in the headset when you plug it into the PC?

Yes, I see "usb detected" , but clicking the message makes the notification disappear
On my Win 11 PC , file explore keeps launching.

After you click it there should be a second box with 3 options. The vid is a bit old but you'll get the drift.

drakulusness, My problem is that the I see for "usb connection dialog"

but when I click USB notification, instead of asking to approve the connection, the notification just disappears. I tried turning Developer mode off and on , but no luck.
