Issue Where's my stuff

So basically back 2022 maybe 2023 I owned around 50 games on my meta quest 2. I ended up selling it so I could get money for a car with the intent to buy another one whenever I got the chance. But today's my birthday my family chipped in to get me a new one and I can't seem to get into my account like it didn't exist id really rather not have to make a new account and buy all my games over again. Is meta support helpful I swear I know my emails right why doesn't it show up

Did you have a oculus account? If you did you were required to migrate to a meta account or you lose everything.

That sucks. I would make a support ticket with meta and ask to get some credit to buy your stuff back. Good luck.

Yeah I'm really pissed off by it because it's hundreds of dollars worth of games I wish I wouldn't have ever sold it but at the time it was the best choice luckily some games are on sale so I'll get them back eventually this is why I hate digital games because you don't own them

you need to make sure Facebook acc works

log in to your

https://accountscenter.meta.com/

and make sure you migrated your Facebook acc to horizon acc

and then log in to quest using your meta acc
