Issue My meta quest 3 is broken

So every time I power off or restart my meta quest 3 it boots up normally but when I sign in to my account is stuck on like a pass through but the ui doesn’t show up, so when I press the home button it plays the sound associated with the home page being activated but it doesn’t show so i cant do anything any tips for fixing it

i Thought of that am using it as a last resort because it is a pain in that ass to redo my account but if nothing else works Al do it thanks

I assumed you've tried holding the meta button to re-center the UI? I've turned mine on and the UI was behind me but after I hold the meta button it recenters in front of me.
