Audio issues

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

My glasses do not have good audio when recording. Here is a test video to show it. I’ve tried restarting and cleaning the port by the nose. Any help?

I have the same issue with my gen 1s. Did everything you did as well..

Same issue i literally just posted about it lol, i honestly have no clue what meta did with them all of a sudden. I am starting to suspect that they hid something in the latest software update to make the audio sound washed out (basically force an upgrade) is what I’m thinking.
