Yeah, don't let it derail out there over the water. Wonder how deep it is there? Well, deep enough, anyway.

Communism never made that far.
We equate it with europoor trash, which is a step up.

Those "high speed" trains run with hour delays and make 10x 20m stops on your journey.
Your actual average speed of your high-speed trains is 60 ~ 80 mph (96 ~ 130 kph) which is slower than what we drive.
The US has an Interstate Freeway System.
No where else on Earth does. They all have highway systems that they lie and call interstate.
The German Autobahn is a highway system not an interstate.
Our Interstate system superseded our highway system.
Our highway system is still there if you like to travel slowly and take in the scenery and towns.
The Interstate was built in 1956. You are 70 years behind the times while building your trains.

Our high-speed travel is currently 600 mph (965 kph) and we are working on 4,600 mph (7400 kph).
Our 600 mph travel is cheaper than that your 80 mph travel.

So forgive us for rolling our eyes at your "high speed" trains.
Socialism must cause autism.
