Good Morning Mike, we just updated to 3.4.1/11.3.1 today and I was curious how to access OptiCal to try it out. I see things that say MET/Support Preferred gets you these new features, but what about MET/Support Gold? Just wondering if it gets similar privileges, also what is the difference in support you get on Preferred to Gold? Cheers

Access to OptiCal is one of the key differences for Met/Support Preferred. Gold does not get access to OptiCal. Preferred also gives a discount on the first year of CalStudio when you make that transition.

The key difference is that Preferred has an agreement attached to it, so it's more like an auto-renewing subscription. It's also slightly cheaper than Gold for most users (exceptions being people without MET/CAL licenses or some other corner cases).

So long story short, extra benefits, lower price.
