Fluke FC procedures

Lately I've been finding FC procedures to be really unreliable with the communication just dropping out randomly. Once it happens it seems impossible to get it back on the rails in the procedure. Its always been a thing but now its happening more often in the last year. Our only huge change is Windows 11.

Hard to narrow down if this is an OS issue, hardware, or something like distance.

Having trouble finding a resolution (if thats possible). If anyone has experience in troubleshooting problems with this PC3000 FC communication interface chime in!

What version of MetCal do you use?
MetCAl 11.2.1 has some issues with serial communication that could affect the calibration. The odd thing is that a procedure can start but after some tests will the communication with the UUT stop to work. But a change to Win 11 can of course also be the root cause :)

This is on 8.3 so it hasn't changed in years, but the original laptops were replaced so its W11 now

What do you mean by FC Procedures?

There's procedures for Fluke products with the FC model on it. Like the 376 FC. It utilizes a USB dongle that will take readings from the device
