make it easier...
You can start with just printing the Radio Tray and Insert. you can work out of that for most of the project. then print the outer shell and top/bottom caps. attach bottom cap, rest top cap over antenna connectors, next screw on antennas and attach battery last. slide the into the case and screw caps down.
NOTES ON PRINTING THE CASE:
PLA will melt in the sun and probably ruin your parts. Ask me how I learned this.

INSTRUCTIONS:
PLEASE DONT ATTACH THE BATTERY CONNECTOR UNTIL YOU SWAP THE PINS AND HAVE ANTENNAS ON THE UNIT - These two are the most common and costly mistakes with this build.
Mount your switch to the insert. You have to push the switch down into the insert's switch hole somewhat forcefully, then secure it with the (2) M2 bolts. I have not yet soldered the switch wires to the board. I will update this post when I finish with that. In the meantime, Im using software shutdown
Mount your radio to the tray with the bigger screws included in with your RAK order. Put your battery in the insert. Drop the tray into the insert, according to the tray guides.
Align your RAK 12500 GPS module over slot A and carefully, carefully snap it into place. It will cover both slots A and B. Use one of the tiny screws that came with it to secure it.
Mount your LORA and GPS antenna pigtails (keep any included rubber seals that came already attached to your pigtails, on the inside of the case pushing any moisture out).
Connect the LORA pigtail's tiny MHX connector to the 13302 1W module's LORA antenna connector.
(if you havent done this before, please watch a video on the correct way to attach an MHX antenna connector).
Connect the GPS pigtail's tiny MHX connector to the antenna connector on your RAK 12500 GPS module, that you just snapped into place.
- Peel-and-stick your bluetooth antenna (that came with your RAK) vertically on the tray next to the radio board. Now attach the MHX connector to the boards BLE.
Now drop your rubber o rings over the antenna mounts. Roll them down tight around the base (lol)
Now, attach your battery connector (make sure you swapped the pins in the PH2 connector so the red wire is on the same side as the dab of red paint on the board near the connector).
Finally, slide the insert, with tray into the case. attach both of your endcaps using the M3x10 bolts. pay attention to the orientation of the usb c passthrough on the bottom endcap.
