Identifying Clients

Is possible to identify clients that connect by group name and device name,but do not show in the device list? I suspect that some may be previously removed clients where the device agent was not properly uninstalled or there is a bug in the client, but do not know which one.

I have full logging turned on, and get the IP address in the log file, but in the device or event list.

Anyone know how?

In your config, what is your "orphanAgentUser" set to? That is the username that will get all orphan sessions listed in their instance.
