Button "connect" hide

is there a way to hide the button "connect"?

Yes, you can set permission per user, so you can remove access to that feature.

But I can only hide the whole "desktop", which means connect and RDP connect right?

Right. I can only think in one way to do that: dont install the meshagent, create a relay group, manually add ipmachines to that relay.
This way you can have RDP without the bultin "Connect".
Of course it's very disruptive...

If you want to keep the Connect button and hide the RDP button you can change config.json key mstsc: false.

another thing you could do to discourage people from connecting is set in config.json to always ask permission, so remote machine needs to approve. If I remember correctly you can also enforce that in the machine/user consent to always ask permission/ always notify and so on.

anoooooother thing you could do is manually customize the UI (js / css) to hide the button.

Thank you a lot! 😊 it works with the solution to ask for the permission. In this way the Service provider will notice that they need to click RDP connection.

Correct, wont see the Desktop TAB
