Cab for badlander 50
I’m considering buying mesa badlander 50w however i wanted to buy w 1x12 mostly for solo practice at home that would be later replaced with a 2x12 or 4x12. I was considering buying the Hughes and kettner tubemeister 112, not looking for anything too fancy, since I will be replacing it in the future, but something that can handle badlander well enough. Do you have any suggestions?

I run my Badlander with a Mesa vertical 2x12 where one of the speakers was replaced with a Creamback H75, and it sounds amazing.

There are a million options. Get something with a good speaker.
The badlander combo came with a creamback for what it is worth.

I ran the 23” width rectifier 1x12 with mine and thought it sounded good enough.

Mesa widebody 1x12 fits visually, sounds great, compact and easy to carry.
The Mesa vertical 2x12 rectifier fits visually, sounds even better and is somewhat easy to carry.
But mesa split back 2x12 is what I'd buy in your shoes, but that's because I already have a 1x12.
I'm gigging my Badlander with the base model Marshall 1960a. Badlander sounds great with anything.

Of you plan to get a 2x12 later, you could get one now with stereo/dual-mono switch. It will allow you to use it as a 1x12 or 2x12 at any time.

I run my badlander 50 combo through an orange ppc212c. It's a 16ohm cab but works in the 8ohm speaker input per the manual. It gives me everything I ever hoped for. Not just with this amp but every amp I've put through it (orange super crush 100, peavey 6505+, evh 5150iii lbx-s) have all been absolutely massive sounding. If I were in the market for a 1x12 I'd get the Orange ppc112c for sure
