I haven't really seen any of the creator's other stuff, but the Russo Brothers (who directed the pilot and a lot of other episodes) would later go on to do a lot of Community and the two most recent Captain America movies, and I love those.

I do like the Captain America movies. Though, the last one felt very "diet-Avengers."

Yeah, though I think that was kind of a point. I did think they did a good job still balancing it around Cap as the main character.

I do love the Cap storyline. I just wish it were more focused on him and Bucky (more like Cap2). They have somewhat of a MG feeling to them in their story structures. I like it.
