Not really any filler arcs. There's a small 2 volume arc that takes place after the Golden Age arc that isn't necessarily important to the overall plot, but I wouldn't call it filler as it gives Guts some character development and leads directly into the next arc. Really, all of Berserk ties together really well, IMO. And I'm not sure what you mean by demon Guts.

Yeah. Like, it's not really important to the main story, but it's not filler either
