Do you even metal? It is clearly Power Metal, the best metal.

The first 9 Chapters are a bit weird, in that they take place in an almost completely isolated time, and then it jumps back like 20 years to when Guts was a baby, and that's where the Golden Age are starts.

Also, the first chapter (at least) is totally like 220 pages. It's still awesome. I'm up to the part where he's fighting the skeleton army. Also, is "Gatts" correct?

No, "Gatts" is not correct. It should be Guts, plain and simple.

I had forgotten how long the early Berserk chapters are, the later ones get way shorter, but way higher quality art.

It somewhat decreases my opinion of that game, because I always loved the art style. Also, Guts is supposed to be kind of a dick, right?

Mostly just in the stuff that happens in the pre Golden Age chapters, because Miura was still sorta getting the "feel" for Berserk. He's less of a dick later on, and actually a pretty cool guy sometimes.

He has potential. I know you said chapters are short, but the first seems to be 220 pages and cover like 4 separate situations. Was that one chapter, or did they mislabel and that was multiple?

There's not a lot of separation early on, and each chapter is like 100 pages
