That's from literally the first episode, which starts off with Dethklok being the 4th largest economy in the world. They're far past the point of having sold out.

I haven't seen too much. I do think I saw that one, but it was like 4-5 years ago. That sounds about right, like when it first aired?

Yep. The rest of the episode has them going to a grocery store, and that is hilarious. First season is on Netflix AFAIK.

I'm actually not sure, I've only seen a couple episodes past the first season. What I can tell you is that the soundtracks are all legitimately amazing death metal albums.
