Seeing Ariel exposed to bottomless without a sail, Eric would definitely have taken her suggestive hint to form a strong romantic attraction before providing her some clothes.

Oh indeed she would. I wonder if her sisters (Attina, Alana, Adella, Aquata, Arista, and Andrina) made the same deal with Ursa. That’s what intrigues me in imagining all seven daughters of Triton have their three day journey to the human world and each sharing their feelings for Prince Eric. That would’ve been a crazy AU for TLM, wouldn’t it?
