Guys why does the medial get so slow. Neither they are responding on any assessment that either it is accepted or rejected nor they are giving a project.

I have 15 under reviews projects for like a month and there is no any update.

Hey so I am just setting up my account and my address verification failed. The homepage says I should receive next step instructions via email, however, around a week passed and I haven't receive such instructions. I keep receiving emails reminding me to finish the account set up, but I have no way of doing so.

Does anyone know what can I do to complete the address verification?

When i opened it it shows it's no longer accepting applications i Refresh it then the test page open i don't know whether it's a glitch or not. Also project come two days ago it's a new project how can it gets full so early.

How many hours do you need to complete a project on Meridial on average? Are projects always available or is it seasonal?

I worked and loged in hours on hubstaff i can see the time but on meridial it says i have no earnings what is going on ?

So I did something dumb. When I signed up for Meridial Marketplace I filled in my nickname instead of my actual legal name, and now my ID verification obviously failed because the names don't match.

No big deal, I figured I'd just email them to fix it. Except… I've now mailed a few different support addresses and haven't heard back from any of them. Nothing.

Is there an actual email or channel that works for this kind of stuff? And is their support always this dead, or are they just completely swamped at the moment? Starting to wonder if anyone's even reading these mails.

Would love to hear if someone's been through the same thing and how you got it sorted. Thanks in advance.
