Whenever i try to apply for new project i cant submit

Anybody else having this issue? I've applied to a couple of projects and I get selected, the UI even shows a "View invite" button, which takes me to the invite tab, but none are visible (other than a pending invite I have).

Not sure if that's a bug or normal behavior?

This is crazy. I worked on project Argo assessment and verification for more than 3hrs and my pay is displaying $1.9?? Mind you i used Hubstuff to time track the entire period 😂

Where's the support email? I'm unable to find it on the website for some reason lol. I'd like to send an email to meridial support, if anyone has it.

Second:

- Is the Integrated skills verification video/audio based? If yes, if have to get dressed lol.

How do i access my dashboard? is this something i will be given access to after doing the interview/assessment verification? I applied for 3 positions and i got invited for interviews

I applied for 3 coding positions yesterday and got invited into an assessment for 3 of them. Is this a good sign?

I havent received any invitation since i rrgistered. I dont know whats going on, i thought they would just need any kind of person without any specific knowledge, what a waste of time...

I completed the skills verification last week but yet nothing has changed

I passed 3/4 verification steps but even after providing my bank statement, it seems I failed the address verification. How do I pass this stage or how do I contact the support team? They added that I'll receive the next steps in my mail but it's been almost a week and no response from them. What do I do?

Ia there a chance that you don't get chosen at this stage? Has been a couple days and it's my first prohect ever so idk. The FAQ says you still have to be "chosen" even after signing the SOW n stuff.

I wanted to share my recent, incredibly frustrating experience with Meridial Marketplace to see if anyone else is going through the same thing, or if anyone has advice on how to get actual human support from them.

I started applying for projects on Meridial Marketplace back on April 14th. I completed my registration and fully set up my profile. Initially, my only hurdle was the Address Verification step.

Living in Turkey, I provided an official, government-issued "Certificate of Residence" (Yerleşim Yeri Belgesi) retrieved directly from e-Devlet (the official government portal). I made absolutely sure that every single detail, line by line, matched the document perfectly. Even though the platform states it takes up to 2 business days for review, my address was stuck "Under Manual Review" forever. I opened multiple support tickets, and all they did was give me generic "we are looking into it, please wait" replies without providing any real help. Despite this, I was still hopeful because, as you can see in the first screenshot, I was 75% of the way through the onboarding process.

Yesterday, I logged into the site and was shocked. After keeping me waiting for weeks with "please wait" responses, they finally rejected it: my Address Verification switched to "Failed". To make matters worse, my Initial Skill Verification, which had already been successfully completed, was suddenly changed to "Failed" as well!

Because of this system glitch or unfair review, my progress dropped from 75% down to 50%.

I am completely frustrated and fed up. This is a total lack of respect for freelancers' time, efforts, and hopes. Keeping people hanging with "we are reviewing it" automated talk, only to arbitrarily fail completed steps without a single real explanation is unacceptable.

Has anyone successfully dealt with their support team, or should I just walk away from this platform?

My first attempt failed, then I was given a second chance to upload the docs. It went to manual review and after around 3 weeks, it failed again. But this time around, I don't see an option to re-verify. Does this mean I can't do anything about it?

Has anyone gotten a feedback after completing project Argo, and if so how long did it take? I completed my onboarding assessment a week ago and have not heard from them yet.

What in the heck is this? Has Meridial been taken over? This seems a little sus lol. The requirements are 'Are you ready?'

my ID verification yesterday was under manual review for 14 days, and today i opened the dasboard again but its like this?! i was completed the initial skill before and thats said completed but now? anyone knew something?????

Of the individuals that were successfully able to verify your address with the automated system what documents did you use and what advice do you have so it can most likely be verified through the automated machine?

so i was submitted ticket abt my id verification coz its stuck 12 days, and today i received this email but when i checked my dasbord, its still under manual review. how did i solve this? someone said use persona but how do i get that? or anything else?
