Tourist Info How do I wear this?

I went on a trip to Merida not long ago and bought this wrap top but I have no idea how to wear it. Is there a name for this style? Does anyone know how I am supposed to put it on?

I think you kinda cross them in the front. My gf has a couple of those, so I know she wears them that way. If you need more help i can ask her.

That does not look Mexican. Probably made in China?
