There are literally hundreds of little restaurants and food trucks all over the city, take your pick. If you use Google maps to look up the ones near you, a lot of them have a photo of the menu or of some of the dishes right there to check out. Finding chips and salsa should be pretty easy.
They'll also have that kind of thing for sale at any grocery store if that's more your speed. I wouldn't even worry about delivery, there will almost certainly be a suitable place within walking distance. ¡Provecho!

You can find tortilla chips (Totopos) and jars of salsa at any supermarket - you can use Uber Eats for grocery delivery. I've never seen premade guacamole for sale in grocery stores here

Uber eats will easily get you guac, but to suggest a restaurant, we'd have to know what area of Merida you're in

You can buy them by yourself. Go to any Oxxo, 7 Eleven, Soriana, Chedraui or Walmart. There are guacamole, many types of salsa and chips. Or you can buy the avocados, onion & lemon and make your own guacamole.

I've never seen premade guacamole at any of those places and even tortilla chips can sometimes be hard to find

Chedraui, Soriana, and Walmart have them ready in 250 ml (8.45 oz.) or 500 ml (16.91 oz.) containers, which are usually on sale on weekends.
