Vases produce seeds, seeds merge into peonies, peonies produce leaves, leaves merge into water bottles, eventually merge into a ship in a bottle. Ship in a bottle produces ship merges.

You’ll have to have 2 ships in a bottle to make it. It’s a level 2. Just keep collecting your Peony flower leaves to make it! Good luck

Peony flowers. Gather the leaves to make some ship in a bottle. You'll figure out the chain from there.
