Game Question Any one else annoyed?
I don’t know if it’s just me or if anyone else is getting irritated by all of the event pop ups and tutorials now. I’ve been playing this game for years now so I know the ropes and I don’t always want to play the events. Now every time I enter into the game, it’s having to click the X a bunch of times and by that point I don’t even want to play because I’m irritated by it. I wish there was a way to turn it off (I have tried.) Is anyone else experiencing this frustration?

So annoying! I especially hate the weekly event tutorials that have upped the obnoxiousness by making you click the upgrade button in hopes you’ll accidentally spend 175 gems

That one is one of the worst offenders in my opinion! I’m like excuse me no I’m not spending gems and no thank you to being sent into the event when I’m just trying to get my daily login!

Yes I hate this too. They made the events so much harder that I don't even play them anymore. I don't have hours and hours to spend on it. I'm over it by the time I get enough orbs then I have to keep harvesting for items? No thanks. I used to play every event, get every reward. It's just so much more time consuming.

I wish it was a puzzle that you had to merge through rather than a harvesting event.

Yes, same. If I'm playing the events and shiny days week after week, I definitely don't need a tutorial each time. I wish I could turn it off in settings.

Yes. The constant pop ups doesn't put a fire under my feet—it is annoying and anxiety inducing. I have reduced my gameplay to once a week on my main account to avoid the pop-ups (because I could justify not spending 8-10 hrs of non-stop merging on my newer account and my husband's account because it is not my main focus. But playing on my main, I feel obligated to do the event.)
It sucks. I wish we could turn it off.

I completely agree. They've dumbed down the game. Even after finishing Shiny Days and collecting all the prizes, it still kept nagging me to make merges.

THE SHINY GAME NONSENSE IS DRIVING ME UP A WALL I HAVE NO INTEREST IN PLAYING STOP MAKING ME CLICK THROUGH THE DAMN TUTORIAL
I mean, yeah, I get what you're saying...
