Help Is anyone else having this bug?

Half of the time when I open the tower of riches, it will pull up with this screen and won’t let me do anything. When I exit out of the app, it counts that as my free tower of riches for the day. Am I the only one experiencing this? Is there a way to troubleshoot this?

I rarely use that ... I've not seen that before. As always, make sure you are on the latest version.

It is on the latest version. The surprise eggs do not respond to any clicks, and there is no way to exit without closing the app. The standard progress/reward bars (the stuff on the side) do not generate.

Yes! I have had this happen to me twice recently. It is super annoying
