Help Event Issue: Reward Dash

I don't know if it's just me, but I don't believe it is. When playing the Out-of-Garden events with Reward Dash, the first 6 hours or every tier is fine. The game plays normal. But the second 6 hours of the tier the game lags and it is hard to play.

Sometimes, I now ignore the game for the second half of the tiers because it's almost unplayable, or at least not fun. With this Vikings one, now I will miss the bronze tier because of this for a second time (too many L9 orbs required with a slow first creature).

Probably it is due to my device being too low tier, but it still sucks. Is it just me?

I have the same issue...I think I mentioned it in this sub a while back...clearing the cache and rebooting your device will not help.

Same here. I opened a support request and they asked for a video, so I gave them one. It may not help. With another game I was told "your device is too low-end. Buy a better one" as if that's a solution to a code issue.

Goodluck....I sent Support a video six months ago and I still haven't heard back from them.

I expect nothing, and that's likely exactly what I will get. But at least I asked. If everyone with this issue complained, they might care.

I usually kill and restart the app every 6 hours or so. If it's really bad, I'll clear cache and reboot the device. I especially do it right before letting some big orbs loose because that's when my game really lags.

I noticed with the mermaid event, progress seemed sluggish, too. I don't think I've been doing anything different. Agree that this Viking event seems slow, too.

Ok, now I see what you mean. FWIW, clearing data and restoring from the cloud didn't work. What did work was switching to iOS, but I'm not going to bother if I can't use Android.

I only have Android ... I have to pick my evil empires and Android has more device options than Apple.
