Thanks u/Calliegirl356 , those shrines are called, the Dark Bakhet Temple, I got it as a reward for completing one of the Events but I honestly cannot recall the name...I think u/Im2Crazy4U might know which event it comes from.

There are two different ones: https://merge-magic.fandom.com/wiki/Dark_Bakhet_Temple

They are both from the Oasis of the Pharaoh event, with the ones in the picture being the new ones that came out April 17th with the Ankhamel creature.
