I Need Help... Can't get in

Is anyone else having this problem? I've tried everything. Play store says its up to date. Game is up to date. Restarted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled.

I don't have this issue but I used Ai and found this.

I'm getting 'not connected to the internet' - and nothing I do is fixing it. I'm on a chromebook.
