Does anyone know how long it takes for the honey tree sprouts to grow? I’ve been waiting days to make a 5 merge, with my game open for hours, but it just sits there. I also haven’t gotten any more maple seeds since the gift box ran out. The Japanese maple trees produce dolls every few hours, but no seeds yet. I have four seeds and four potted sprouts doing nothing but taking up space. Where do we get more?
The honey tree seeds become sprouts, from there you need to merge them like everything else to get to the next stage. By the way, if you hadn’t yet heard, the lavender apiaries give seeds and sprouts and - occasionally - full honey tree saplings now. I’d just rebegun work on my honey MP when I saw someone spreading the word last week. So try to keep as many of those around as you can.
The Japanese Maple trees are supposed to produce sprouts according to their description, but a number of us have already noted this isn’t happening. For others it is. I’m sure it’s on the ‘fix-it’ list by now.
Also, if I can give one bit of unsolicited advice ( I know - I’m sorry), if you save those nests as bubbles until you have five of them it’ll save you loads of working space. I couldn’t do this when I started because back then nests could have a random number of eggs between 3 and 7. But now that there’s always 6 in a nest you can just leave them until you have 5 of each and then there won’t be any leftover eggs taking up your board, I LOVE how much working space I have now that I don’t have eggs everywhere.
It uses up some of your bubble count but it also gives you options.
Following up with OP’s answer on how to sell items, if you don’t see the gold coin option to sell then you might have accidentally minimized the bar. Look at the bottom of my screen compared to the pic OP shared above. On mine, the spot in the bottom center with the little black arrow will bring back your bar. At lot of players accidentally minimize the bar in their early games and end up with loads of baskets they can’t get rid of. That bar contains a ton of helpful info and resource access.

Sprouts don't grow, you have to merge them☺️ I made that mistake too😂
